Welcome to Het Heilig Genot<\/strong>, an exclusive adults-only experience where tranquility, comfort and sophistication take center stage. To guarantee each guest a carefree and luxurious stay, we ask that you respect the following conditions.<\/p>

Cancellation & flexibility<\/h3>

If cancelled up to one week before arrival<\/strong>, and provided that the reservation is made through our own website<\/strong>, you will receive a voucher worth the amount paid<\/strong>, valid for 12 months<\/strong> for a future stay.<\/p>

Reservations made through external booking platforms are non-refundable<\/strong>.
We recommend always purchasing personal cancellation insurance<\/strong> for added peace of mind.<\/p>

Arrival & departure<\/h3>

  • Check-in:<\/strong> from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • Check-out:<\/strong> no later than 10 a.m.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Check-in or check-out outside these hours is possible for an additional charge of \u20ac50<\/strong>, subject to prior confirmation.
    Check-in after 7:30 p.m. is not possible<\/strong>. Late arrival voids the reservation and is non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>

    We ask that these times be strictly respected so that we can prepare each room with the utmost care for our next guests.<\/p>

    Payment<\/h3>

    Upon reservation, the full<\/strong> amount will be charged immediately<\/strong> via credit card.<\/p>

    Taxes<\/h3>

    Tourist tax: \u20ac1.90\/person\/night<\/p>

    Adults Only<\/h3>

    To ensure a serene and relaxed atmosphere, Het Heilig Genot is an Adults Only<\/strong> residence.
    Guests under 16 years of age<\/strong> are not admitted.<\/p>

    Pets<\/h3>

    To ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Smoking<\/h3>

    The entire hotel, including the rooms and terrace, is non-smoking<\/strong>.
    In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee of \u20ac50 per room<\/strong> will be charged.<\/p>

    Food & beverages<\/h3>

    For the sake of hygiene, quality and experience, it is not allowed to<\/strong> consume your own food or beverages<\/strong> in the rooms or on the hotel grounds.
