If cancelled up to one week before arrival, and provided that the reservation is made through our own website, you will receive a voucher worth the amount paid, valid for 12 months for a future stay.
Reservations made through external booking platforms are non-refundable.
We recommend always purchasing personal cancellation insurance for added peace of mind.
Check-in: from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Check-out: no later than 10 a.m.
Check-in or check-out outside these hours is possible for an additional charge of €50, subject to prior confirmation.
Check-in after 7:30 p.m. is not possible. Late arrival voids the reservation and is non-refundable.
We ask that these times be strictly respected so that we can prepare each room with the utmost care for our next guests.
Upon reservation, the full amount will be charged immediately via credit card.
All prices listed include tourist and lodging taxes.
To ensure a serene and relaxed atmosphere, Het Heilig Genot is an Adults Only residence.
Guests under 16 years of age are not admitted.
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed.
The entire hotel, including the rooms and terrace, is non-smoking.
In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee of €50 per room will be charged.
For the sake of hygiene, quality and experience, it is not allowed to consume your own food or beverages in the rooms or on the hotel grounds.
